friendly staff great design excellent location

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel has a great design and feel to it. the location worked well for access to various attractions (i especially enjoyed windsor castle, a short drive away!).

the shower pressure was a little weak.

The room was quite small. It was difficult to move around, especially for two people. The television didn't work at first. I reported it, and I was told someone would look into it but nothing happened. The wifi was also virtually useless, and that bothered me.

charming stay at brook green

building decor attentive staff good size bottles

i liked the building decor. it was beautiful. the staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. the room had a fridge, ironing board, a safe, and a hairdryer. i appreciated good size bottles of lovely shampoo and conditioner.

the tv only had one channel. it was itv. this was not a big deal but it be nice to have it on returning to the hotel at night.

my room was a double room and it was quite nice. it had great in-room facilities and i found the staff helpful (especially at the bar).

i did notice the hotel is near a busy street. there's also a police station nearby so expect some noise.
